As usual, the Corvettes had no challengers except for the sister car. I saw the 1st half and it was WTF :O seeing the R10 spin out and hit the tire barrier. Totally unexpected and the Lowe's Acura vs. Porsche RS battle was pretty cool.

Interesting read. I remember hearing abou the project and that it got cancelled, but that was a good synopsis about the whole deal. Conspiricy!

If all that is right then the V10 sitting currently is based off of the Porsche LMP1 car that is based off the Footwork F1 V10 engine... wild!
