At least the Mille Miglia was run on closed roads. I also do think it's completely stupid.

I wanna see how the Veyron goes against everything! I've never heard of one racing yet.

So confused...What on Earth is it?

Ps. I saw mention of the Targa Tasmania, could anyone tell me if that was televised in Victoria?

I got an offer to be a co-driver in a 911 GT3 RS. I decided not to do it, purely for my own safety. The guy now asked someone else to be his co-driver and should be participating. He lives near my neighbourhood and is a really nice guy.

I really laughed when I heard a few drivers lost their licenses when driving towards Amsterdam. Just because they have loads of money they seem to think that things like these become legal just for them. I also saw some footage of the 'rally' when they were in Belgium. The guy in the Ford GT almost ran into a truck with around 200 km/h whilst waving at spectators instead of watching the road at that speed. If they want to have fun with their cars, just let them build a 1000km track in the Sahara Desert and let them do their thing there (I'm sure they can pay it if they all bring some money with them) and leave the innocent people alone please...

They are supposed to be back in Holland on May 6th. Currently the authorities are looking for possibilities to ban all road rallies, including those held on closed parts of the road. Well done Gumball people, spoiling it for all of us...

I can't say I don't agree with them... They endanger too many other people and I think somebody has to step up. But of course it's a bit of ashame that we can't get a view at the cars.

Where are they passing our country then?

Considering that the rally consists of rich people speeding on public roads, I'd want to know exactly where their route goes...

Edit: oh, it was about passing and not crossing the country.
