Performance Related Pay
It has been reported in various news outlets that if McLaren's Lewis Hamilton wins two consecutive World Championships, Ron Dennis will personally hand over the keys to the one and only McLaren F1 LM prototype that currently has pride of place at the company's Woking headquarters.
Only five customer LMs were ever built, all sold pretty much instantly. The sixth car, the McLaren Orange prototype, is the only other car of its type in existence and as such has an estimated value of $4,000,000 US. That's quite some performance bonus! Especially considering he is estimated to be earning something in the region of £10,000,000 per year as a basic salary, and that's before you take into account the bonus pocket money his contract stipulates he will earn for each point, each race victory etc. And then of course there'll be the myriad multi-million dollar sponsorship and endorsement deals... Yep, he's one lucky, lucky boy alright.

Actually I believe he already has an NSX Type-R as his company car...

Well, that'd be faster than his F1 car.

That's what I call a motivator! Hey Ron! Put me in! I'll win those races for you!

I don't think that will do Lewis much good in Switzerland

Well, simply put: best bonus ever.
I'd kill to win two Championships in-a-row if I was Lewis!

here is a question. Would you rather have the respect and gloating rights of winning two championships in a row, or the reward?

I know of a certain german how managed a few championships more, and is still not very much loved/appreciated, especially on a certain island in the North Sea...

Why would you say that? Switzerland has some of the best roads in the world.

Nice bonus.
He'll probably still push the pit limiter button in the last race or something. Probably. Quote:

What do you think, how much the operation for changing a face to Hamilton's will cost after he will win those 2 titles and will be able to get the car?
