Apparently Peter van Merksteijn is looking at obtaining an Audi R10 for next year...

Might be easier to secure a Peugeot since yes, the Peugeot Sport boss said he'd be more than willing to sell customer cars.

It was rumoured for a while that Pescarolo was going to buy a 908, but then they merged with Saulnier Racing (which I think was a horrible move, denting Henri's hopes of a win)

In other news, it seems there was considerable Toyota support in the Dome garage, with the driver lineup being Toyota backed, indicating a possible return by Toyota next year.

This is hardly news. It was already mentioned in my report.

EDIT: I am sure you also noticed the 'Honda Cars' on the Teramos Courage-Mugen.

Will Honda be using a new powerplant or the miserable Mugen?

A great piece by my friend Marshall on the hows and whys of Audi's victory and Peugeot's defeat:

Hopefully Peugeot will read it. The repetitions of points might help get it through to them.

I see you've figured out my ploy...Peugeot seems incapable of getting things into their heads, so maybe if they read the same thing expressed in many different ways, it'll get through.

Sam 'ACO' Collins spoke with some of theose Honda mechanics and learned they worked at a Honda garage, rather than being from the racing factory.

Based on their lack of speed, I don't doubt them. Really nice guys, but also a really average effort.
