Long ago, Michael Schumacher won using superb tactics. He finieshed the race in pitlane, just after he took a stop-and-go in the last lap. He barely won, but he did by a stupid piece of legislation they made and kind of forgot.. IIRC it was Belgium in the 90's.. he was allready driving for Ferrari, possibly the 2nd year.
