if you turned around the final qualifying results back to front it would actually look more realistic in terms of track record. The rear runners are usually consistently in the top 10. But thats what the bad weather gives you. Real shame for Vettel. Obviously it wasnt his car that was letting him down, it was the time his team chose to put him out. With a better track time he wouldve been able to produce similar results to webber in the same car. I was looking forward to seeing vettel take the fight to the brawns. But I'm still confident Button can wrap it up tomorrow. Rubens has never been strong in brazil.

If Ferrari manages to end the season with the third spot in the constructor world championship, then mad props to Raikkonen, as he is the only driver since many races.

Anybody knows why Fisichella did such an high time? I didn't have the chance to watch the qualifying.

Fisi spun in the Senna Esses in the first lap or two in Q1. He stalled it and as such was out for the rest of the session.

Liuzzi's crash has required the team to replace the gearbox. The 5-place grid-penalty has seen him drop to 20th position and will also promote Vettel to 15th; right next to Button.

Thanks, I just saw it on the news.

Would be quite awesome for Rubens if he managed to beat Button.
At first I was fine with the Briton winning the championship, but the way he is playing it safe lately is a bit underwhelming. Rubens seems to be more genuine.

Whatever happens, Button will have won the most races in 2009. More than Hamilton did last year, so it is ludicrous to claim he does not deserve it.

I didn't say that, I just happen to prefer Barrichello over him, and I don't think it's because of his past at Ferrari.
I'm probably considering more the persona than the driver.
Button proved to be very fast and reliable this year, but I'm a bit disappointed by the way he is disappeared from the front rows lately.
At the beginning of the season he was continuously talking about how boring it was to win that way and that he just felt like being a "boring bastard". I guess he was a bit too early to say that, or perhaps it was completely true.

As a driver he won the races and if it wasn't for the point system adopted a few years ago (10-8-6...) and that I never liked he would have already won. I'm fine with that, he proved to be up to the title, but I probably prefer a more constant Barrichello, which also suffered from a couple of technical problems the Briton didn't face.
Like, I prefer a more understated Raikkonen which is still defending greatly Ferrari's third position than a almost soccer player personality as Massa.

It will be a bit like poetic justice. I'm rooting for Rubens too.
