Article comparing 2004 Ferrari team to 1988 McLaren team

Heres the article:
http://www.formula1.com/news/2068.html

Pretty good article that compares this years Ferrari dominance to McLarens dominance in 1988 with the MP4/4 and Senna/Prost driver line up.

So if Ferrari wins the remaining races, which is very feasible, do you then think they will have been the most dominant team in any single year in F1 history?

Interesting article. Don't think you can really compare Ferrari in 2004 to McLaren in 1988. I actually think Ferrari was more dominant in 2002 when Ruebens won some races. I think this year it is as much M.Schumacher dominating as it is Ferrari.
I'd have to look back at the 2002 statistics to compare to 1988. But the 2002 to 1988 comparison may bear some study.
In the meantime, M.Schumacher will probably take championship number 7 at Spa.

Yeah, Schumacher will most likely take the Championship at Spa, although it would be nice to see Raikkonen spoil that.

despite the MP 4/19B's new speed, its never had the complete package on race day to really challenge Schuey so for the meantime, Raikkonen would be better off focusing on Barichello IMO
