Moto GP to come to America in 2005!
It appears that Yamaha is funding the money to bring the Laguna Seca track safety up to FIM standards. The US GP will be on July 10, 2005 and will be the 9th round out of 17.

I agree. Just heard the other day about JGTC coming to America next year, that's great stuff. Question though, will they run on the circle track or the infield + banking track layout?

From what I understand, it will be the infield road coarse and NASCAR 1 and 2 and the front straight.

anything better than the desolate circuit they used this weekend in Qatar. 36 degrees, only sand around it, next phase will be a track on the moon.
