    2012 Audi R18 e-Tron Hybrid Quattro - Test at Monza Circuit

    I saw the new Audi LMP1 yesterday during a private test at Monza Circuit, in Italy. Unfortunately the weather wasn't good at all. And every year the car becomes more and more silent

    You get quite some sound at the lower RPMs... it just sounds like a tractor

    Great footage! I'm getting used to 500+ HP diesels being the sound of the future... is that jet-like whine from the system for the front wheels?
    Never own more cars than you can keep charged batteries in...

    Yes... I was just at Sebring.
    Never own more cars than you can keep charged batteries in...
