Assuming you are asking about my last post, Ferrari tried to pass this as another evolution of the 250 family in order to homologate it as a GT car, just like they had done recently with the GTO, because they wanted to beat the Cobras. However FIA refused and Ferrari had to race it as a prototype, which is what it was in the end.

250LM is my favorite Ferrari in terms of looks... Apparently it wasn't that great a drive though.
