First of all: Thats a concept. Only 1 of em has ever been made and they're not scheduled for production. You could get one custom made but it'd be extremely exspensive and probably wouldn't look 100% like that.
Second of all: (And this is personal opinion) ITS ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS!

Well your best bet is to get a custom bodykit maker to look at the pics and see what they can come up with.

That car was a GM show car so the body is likely a one-off.
