The Tuner Culture thread.

I'm sure there's some people here who are into the Tuner Scene. If there isn't, well then all you guys need to mix it up. The tuner culture scene has been around for about 15 years now, and I think it made a huge impact when the Fast And the Furious came out in 2001. This thread is all about people who want to show off pics of cool tuned cars, talk about tuned cars, and all that shit. Feel free to show off ricer's too. They are part of the tuner scene, so go for it. Here's a pic I found of an amazing RX-7. This is how we start off.

i prefer less extravegant tuning. this isnt bad, dont care for the rims too much, but dont hate em either.

That rx-7 would be real nice if it was all one color and had a lower wing then that. but i have more subdued taste.

Like with anything else, there's more bad than good. The attached picture is my all time favorite tuner car.

What is that? A 240SX? It's a nice car, but I disagree. I think the Skyline R32 GTR or the Nissan Sylvia are good cars.

For me, less is more when tuning. The G35 is a fantastic car but it gets lost in a sea of G35 Coupes. This level of tuning attracts some attention without destroying the beauty of the original shape.

Sorry couldn't find a better pic.

as long as its done to nice cars and not over done and done right. all at once no primer grey colors and if it looks fast it better be fast.

Is that your red 300z Scottie? Ive always had a week spot for those cars and the 3000GT VR4. Im not a fan of tottaly riced out cars but there are some that are done and look clean.

nope i dont have 1 any more, used to have a 90 non turbo Z when i was 16 but after repairing everything from the brakes to the drive shaft, a slow oil leak killed it. Always check your oil after a long road trip, wish i didnt have to learn that lesson the hard way. But w/ age comes maturity and knowledge.

That is a silvia.

And i like how that 3000gt doesnt have much done to the outside, b/c that intercooler is enough of a warning. nice.

I haven't been to the site in a while, but that's actually a front end conversion of one of the older models.

Been thinking of doing the same to mine.
