AW11 MR2 3SGTE motor mount swap kit???

I'm looking at buying an 86 MK1 MR2, but would like to go with the 3SGTE, but dont have the time or equipment to fabricate motor mounts. Does anyone know if there are any companies that make a "bolt" on motor mount kit similar to what they make for the B-series honda engines? and would the 4AGE manual transmission work on the 4AGZE engine, and visa-versa. any and all information would be great....
