Alright this one is awesome, huge dl, and long 20min video but definitely worth the download. It is really good to see there are still people like joe out there.

Joes GT is a legend among many. He drives the car quite a bit and street races people like wolverine for money. He really deserves the car he got an award for helping tribes in Africa with medecine or something like that. All I know is hes very rich and owns a very sucesful medical buisness. Thanks for the link!

Anyone who street races is stupid. Is trying to save people in Africa and trying to kill people back home. Very smart indeed.

I missed the memo in which street racing became a killing sport.

Youre telling me that you have never been driving something infamous on the streets and given in to someone who has been egging you on? I highly doubt that.

Probably and sodid you. But would you say that what you did was street racing? I know how those guys work. Once the adrenaline in on the loose they tend to exagerate and take things beyond the reasonable limit.
One thing is to step on it for a while and let it go. Another thing is going like crazy after or in front of someone and trying to prove something.

I would have to say if they are accepting of the consequences that can come afterward than they are doing no wrong. As we know, for every action there is a consequence.

That's a rather egoist view of the problem. You don't own public roads. As a result you have to respect other road users. I highly doubt street racing is respectful with other road users.

Street racing isnt what it use to be anymore. Some of these streets are prepped better then dam tracks! Its not like there doing it at 530 rush hour traffic its 2am. These races are done at night when theres only trucks on the road. People die at tracks just like they die on the road. Theres like 60 deaths as a result of street racing each year. I saw a link on SVTP that said more people died from falling 5 gallon buckets then street racing. Many of the other drivers on the road have also street raced who cares. People dont own tracks either but they do run there to.

Impromptu red light drags though dangerous have become very much a part of driving, everyone's driving. It's funny to see a couple of minivans duke it out.

Organized street racing is another story. Racing for money, racing against rival gangs, mimicking F&F formula are all illegal and senselessly endangering those around.

I'm more accepting of street racing on property that isn't used by people; abandoned airstrips, warehouse lots, etc.

In that case then it isn't street racing is it. It's in an unused controlled environment, therefore it is track racing.
