Some 3 years ago, you wanted to have one of these cars. What if I would be able to offer you one? Newly built? Together with some friends I am in the process of acquiring the originals moulds of the Sbarro America 328. Production can start in 2011. The car would be built with the expertise of Sbarro, built on a BMW 3 series or 5 series chassis, as nice as you can see it on the pictures in the blog. Would you be interested? The price would be around 30 K USD, plus or minus, according to the costs of the moulds and the production facilities in Europe. Let's discuss! So far, I have two other fans, including me it's 3. We need to be 5 at least to have a production at an affordable price. Please, respond to me.

I drove one of these in the '70s when Carlos Piaget first brought one to the US hoping to sell them here. It really was a very sweet car - it was a real sports car, not junk like most of the "replicars" of the time. Good luck with recreating them - if you can really deliver them for that price, I can't imagine that you wouldn't get more than 5 buyers for them.
