200 MPH in 17 Feet in 1965
According to Strombecker it was possible. With 18 different cars to choose from and four tracks to compete you might just need a driver’s license after all...
Of the cars mentioned which one would you have wanted?

2'' tall drivers? That would really be a sight to see wouldn’t it? Imagine working on the engines? LOL! By the way, 200 mph in 1/32 scale works out to an actual 6.25 mph. In 1965, that was pretty quick. A few years later, you were going over 10 mph with 1/43rd scale. I wonder how fast we go with modern equipment. I will have to look it up.
