My friend was recently at the nurburgring and sent me this picture:

I have been unable to figure out what car this is, my initial thought was something Italian, but I have not found anything that seems to match. Any help would be great, thanks.

Does anyone know what this might be?
This picture was in a german magazine in an article about pebble beach and said something about Saoutchik, although i don´t think that this is a work from him...
