The thing I love about Chrysler is you can always look back on their model lineup from a few years in the past and be completely confounded by it. The Germans are only just beginning to master this.

Where do they sit currently? 200, 300, Voyager... and that's it?

There certainly seems to be a lull in the lunacy right now. I guess the most confusing Chryslers are sold by Lancia.
I just realized that Lancia perfectly mirrors the Chrysler lineup: Sebring, 300, and T&C. The ailing Lancia still has more models in its lineup than the "flagship" brand, Chrysler.

Hilarious. The Chrysler/Lancia Grand Voyager as it as sold as overseas is called the Town and Country in the NADM. In the 90s, there was a time when you had the Plymouth (remember Plymouth?!) Voyager, (which was exactly a Dodge Caravan, as well as our old family van) and the Chrysler T&C. All were very similar; the T&C being slightly upmarket.

This brings to mind something I thought of: if Buick is near-luxury, then Chrysler is near-near-luxury.

I always thought that Chrysler is the coolest of all American car manufacturers. A shame that its potential has not always been fully realised, or sometimes they have just been awful.

They also have the coolest muscle cars.

I'm Mopar when it comes to the muscle car era. Since then, Chrysler has had few bright spots.

I like the 300. And the Charger.

And their current muscle cars are good too.

EDIT The fifties cars, the letter series 300 and the Ghia's are too.

Well, those aren't Chryslers, are they? I'm not fond of much at all that fell under that nameplate; not even the letter series, which I find massively ungainly.

The current 300 is cool still but a total rework is overdue.

True they aren't Chryslers. As Mopars, they are in though.

    Also, there's the lovely Airflow.

Chrysler has never had the massive sameness that the other two have. After contributing the Model T, the Flattie, and the Mustang, Ford resigned itself to conservative designs that push no boundaries but target their market very well. The General, with occasional busts of insanity like the Corvair and Jetfire aside, has been making the same car for years. An astute internet commentator observed that nothing from the GMs of the '80s would be all that unfamiliar to the owner of a Tri-Five. In that company, Chrysler had no choice but to be iconoclastic and a bit off-the-wall. In the '50s that meant being the "engineering" company of the Big Three, but sadly they seem to have shied away from that. They certainly provide the most varied model lineup of The Three, but their current lineup fails to do much for me.
.. maybe if I'd driven a V8 300 instead of a Pentastar: In The Style of Demons I'd be of a different mind.

Chrysler theoretically now has the chance to import some real italian flair to the line up. Unfortunately they're owned by a company with a long history of quality issues, run guy a guy who used to run a quality assurance company.

Seriously, wtf FIAT. Should be like an Italian VAG, is instead the butt of all automotive jokes.
Life's too short to drive bad cars.
