Favorite HAS to be the Aston DB 4 Mk.V. Second would be the AMV8. No, not the new one.

Although I have to admit the Lotus Esprit was pretty cool too, and I've always had a thing for the Sunbeams like he drove in Dr. No.

I got to say, mine is the Mondeo from Casino Royale...haha no but seriosuly,

I loved the DBS, I love the Esprit, and I love the DB5.

However, I might have to go with the BMW 750i from Tomorrow Never Dies.

No my final choice is the DBS. I think its stunning, carries on the Aston tradition, everything a Bond car should be.

Mine happens to be the Esprit Turbo in "For Your eyes only" which is also my favourite Bond movie. I like the skiis loaded on top of the rear screen. Pity there was no chase in that car. I would've loved to see the skiis turn into rockets : )))

The Mondeo could've been really pimped! lol But the DBS is desirable...

I loved the DBS- didn't like the way it was treated.

Put my vote in here a while ago...forgot about the aforementioned AMX as well as the '71 Mustang Mach 1...that bad boy had a 429 big block, too.
