My favorite was the clearly stock wheels with the wheelie bar on back, as if he's going to a) go drag racing and b) that while drag racing he'd have so much power he could pull the front wheels off the ground, haha.

    So. Much. Win.
Wouldn't be street legal in Germany, though. If I'd see something like this in fron of me, I'd laugh so hard I'd go straight off the road.

First time I saw it, it was in a Walmart parking lot (totally makes sense) and I didn't get a chance to grab a pic, this time I was sure to grab one, luckily I was on the sidewalk and didn't risk crash. I did think it was hilarious that it was at a cruise in among muscle cars, sports cars, exotics, as if he thought it was important enough and good enough to be worthy of that. SMH

Good public art is always a pleasure to see... does it double as a bike rack?

The wrapped Veyron needs to be posted to Happy Chair.

That's "Desperate Dan" and it's "Minnie the Minx" at the bike rack.

I took the photo about four years ago when I was in Scotland for a holiday. Can't say I know much about Desperate Dan, but I am aware of the character....

EDIT: Want to join in pissing them off then go to Save The Nurburgring!

DONT be conned in to going to lovethering as they have copied the signage and the web site idea to try to deflect the public opinion campaign being run by the Save The Ring folks !!!

I did not figure you were a Gundam sorta guy RM.

It looks pretty good. What exactly is that chain-like weapon that it wields?

I am Asian(and one that's born there also), so I think being somewhat of an Anime person is by default... I build these things once in a while....but I am not quite that meticulous in detail and I don't paint them, so they are perfect for weekend work as opposed to weeks and months of building...

I think in the context of the show the chain/whip is exactly that....used to hit and grab stuff....this particular model has no ranged weapon...
