    Renault Gordini build

After 15 yrs of neglecting my hobby, we decided its time to build another Gordini lookalike or replica if you wish. I will show the step by step build. And please guys , i need your input. If you see us making mistakes and you think we can do better ...please tell us. We can handle critisizm[sp].

Enjoy the pix. Will start of when the car arrived in the yard. We bought a Renault R10 and will convert it in a R8 Gordini. The centre shell and doors are the same on both cars. We need to modify the nose and rear end.
Reason for the R10, is the rust condition is minimal..
I love the steelies with the bubcaps that came with the car....will go on a next project for sure.

Some more pictures of the proceedings in the workshop..Found a wee bit of rust where the fender and the body came together. Nothing serious though..

    Criticism.

Cool project, I'm not much good on the technical specs of them, but I'm sure others here will be able to name the required bolts and whatnot. Keep us posted!
