You would normally easily achieve sub 7 liter per 100 km figures.
Achieving 9,3l/100km in a 320d means a very heavy right foot and going everywhere flat out. You would also achieve highly illegal speeds in the process.
In normal driving fuel consumption should about 6-6,5l/100km.
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
