That's Willi Martini, the photo on page 116 of a racing biography of him by Wolfgang Thierack. The caption, translated as best I can: "The formula M after the addition of the wing for the "7 (??)" spot for Alfred Noell on the Nurburgring. The wing was built at the Flugzuegfirma Sportavia for Noelle and Martini who mounted it on the newly painted car." If anyone can clarify, please do.
Martini had several racing schemes over a long history in motorsport, including Formula Jr. This photo is late 1960s, the text further describes aero experimentation with this platform. For those not familiar with him, Martini's BMW based specials were often the most attractive (if not always fastest) cars on the grid. I'm a fan of his special 700's.

Since whiteballz included a nice overhead shot (cool composition) here's another, though much less arty.

Is the 2nd and last photo the same cars? Looks similar.
The first one is an Alfa, what's the last one?
The last one is an Aguzzoli Condor.
Based on the chassis and engine of the Giulia TZ, with the special bodywork by some sculptor(iirc?).
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"
food for thought.
