The 440 Magnum and six pack engines are my favorite American engines as far as Big Blocks go, as for small blocks the LS6.

No not talking about the 454 LS6 that was in the Chevelle (I think?), I was talking about the 405 hp LS6 in the Corvette Z06.Originally Posted by jcp123

You got to love the M power engines… the New M5 concept 375KW V10 5.0 and the M3 252kw 3.2 6er.. best thing is they all have plenty of torque and reliability...
edit: Ohh ye for normal car’s the 20v 1.8 Volkswagen engine… looking forward to getting my hand on that thing….

WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!! Renault F1 :)
For anything: Bugatti Royale straight-8 (13 litres )
For normal (ish) cars, Honda Civic Type-R
For UBVs (Utterly Boring Vehicles): Honda odyssey 2.0 VTEC
The wish: A NHRA Top Fuel engine (hey, anything that can get something to 320MPH in less than 5 seconds with only an 85% Nitromethane mix can't be bad! )
Normal: SR16DE (Came in some Pulsars, called the de-stroked SR20)
Not odd, but not normal: the Ford SHO V-8 (Yamaha heads)
