"Wii". I would much rather revolution....i want to know where the inspiration came from? "WII". Pronounced "wee". I dislike it alot.

But to us Scots, it's a natural thing to call it
    "Ma wee gameboy"
    "Ma wee Playstation"
    "Ma wee computer"

"Ma wee wii" ----- hmmm, maybe noa

    LOL. Awesome.

I was thinking a similar problem with English. If I've playing with my xbox, I'd say I'd been 'on the xbox', but if I say I'd been 'on the wii', then people are just gonna think I'm too prudish to say I'd been 'on the p!*s'!

It isnt too old...and Wii is its final name. They emphasize that wii sounds like 'we', as in being together blah blah and the fact that its easy to remember.

I heard about this a while back now.
I wonder what is happening with that ambitious controller?!?!
    Wii
It's interesting what the Wii is going to be like. At the moment I want one over the PS3, but lets see what happens over time

E3 is such a load of balls they never tell you specifics but a load of Promotional stuff which in the end is never true.

Nah the spec that Xbox and Ps3 released wasnt all certain and they were like optimal specs so theyll never work at those rates well thats the truth with the PS3.

Tha Xbox was in its final stages so not much they needed to make up.

I just watched the E3 nintendo conference, and i was very impressed by what i heard and saw. They showed off the controller with zelda tw and red steel. They confirmed that there would be 27 launch titles and that there was going to be 2 versions of the new zelda, one for cube and one for wii. Some of the titles they showed was metriod, mario galaxy a combined sport game of tennis gold and baseball, madden, a racer of some sort (trucks or something), tony hawk jam, dragon quest and final fantasy crytsal cronicals. Some of the other features mentioned was that the controller would have a speaker on it giving a depth perception for sound and the console will have partial on function were it is always on but on very low power use so that it can be turned fully on in seconds.

They also talked about the DS. Something about it killing the PSP in sales and that there would be over 100 titles launched this year.

Overall if your a nintendo fan its all good news.

They also said that zelda will be available in stores on the launch of the wii and that it will be this year.
