With the price of one of these full size cars, you could buy a large fleet of Nanos.

on second thought i'll take the Arnage because i love bentleys. the Flying Spur is more than a phaeton with a nice wardrobe.

Bingo. The first time I drove the Conti I was amazed how much of the switch gear seemed like it was taken directly out of the Tourage and other VWs I've driven. Don't get me wrong, I really like VW and I think they make great cars, but even Audi feels like it has less in common with VWs than the small Bentleys. Now the Brooklands, THAT'S a real Bentley.

I think you are actually right, the CGT was introduced in 2003, the VWs a year earlier. I could have sworn that the CGT came first...

All the same parts bin. The worst is the key to the Conti; when my father and I first test drove it, as soon as I was handed the key I showed my father how it was the same as my sister's Golf only with a rubber decal of the Bentley emblem. They were much more careful with the Bugatti.

which would also explain the relatively low price of the CGT, for instance compared to the Scaglietti...

I told my brother for his first car he should just get like 10 nanos, and drive a different one every day.
He came dancing across the water
    With his galleons and guns
    Looking for the new world
In that palace in the sun
    On the shore lay Montezuma
With his cocoa leaves and pearls

    LOL.

No offense, but I wouldn't even want one, forget about 10. This is an example where quantity is not quality.

Either a Bentley Arnage, or for more sane amounts of money, HSV Grange.

Yeah I was kidding. I don't think I'd want one either.
