mazdaspeed 6 vs TL
which one is best? as you may remember i made a thread on which car my dad should get and he's decided between the tl or the mazdaspeed 6. the main advantage of the mazdaspeed is that its awd but the tl has leather so its kinda even. but which one would you get. edit: oh found out that the mazdaspeed has the option of leather

Technically the Mazdaspeed 6 will win because it's 4WD. Shouldn't you take the regular 6 instead to be more fairly matched? If then I would take the TL.

no way. if the comparo was with a regular mazda 6 i'd be comparing it to a tsx

Love the 6 but the Acura is a more refined and better car at that level.

why get the mazdaspeed version? i dont know about america, but in australia were soon getting a mazda mazda6 MPS, its a new flagship model and will be all wheel drive and look a lot lyk that mazdaspeed version. i looked at the acura tl on google images search bcoz we dont hav acura in aus, and it looks like a honda oddysey people mover made into a sedan, i like it. you said get the mazda bcoz its AWD, does that mean the tl is front wheel drive? i hate front wheel drive sedans, but it looks good. still id say the mazdaspeed 6 (or the MPS)
isnt it great that the mazda 6 is actually called the mazda mazda6, bcoz the model is called mazda6 and its made my mazda...its not just called a 6

oh and mazdas got 280 ft-lbs of torque where as th TLs got 238 ft-lbs
