whats the best age to get married?

Im 24 and so is my fiance, I will be 25 when we tie the knot. some people say we are too young, some say we are the perfect age. we are the only people among my group of friends who are getting married (my oldest good friend is 31)...not that it really matters, i just think its an interesting topic

do you think there is an idea age to get married? if so what is it? and of course...why.

here's an article Sooner vs. later: Is there an ideal age for first marriage? - USATODAY.com

Well, that's dependent upon how long you two have known each other. I'd say 4 or 5 years to make sure you're both one hundred percent compatible. And remember to not to get caught up in the title of being married to rush things, you can still have the near exact same relationship regardless if you are married or not.

I wouldn't say never, but what is the rush? If you guys are meant for each other, you'll be together and happy whether you're married or not.

I got married at 21 (I had just turned 21...) and my wife was 19... definitely too young, but we had our reasons. If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn't look at the age, but the minimum requirement would be to be both done with college, and both had worked 1-2 years while living at our parents' house (and therefore have some good savings)... So around 23-24 years old at least, 25 sounds like a good age.

I don't know, when do I want to throw myself in a coffin...

    Not before 25.

i was 23, and my wife 22, when we got married. we dated about 3 years, and had been friends for about 3-4 before that. we dated through a majority of college, but my first years of school werent with her. i have never once thought i was too young. it has worked perfectly, and we are more compatible than anyone i have ever met. if she's the right person, and you'll know if she is, then its never too early.

make sure though that she knows what she is getting into with you (mainly your law school, mine was the navy) and know what you are getting into with her. openness prior to marriage is key, dont put on a facade of what you think you are or want to be. be realistic. know your faults, share them with her, and allow her to help you with them. and once you are married, openness and communication are essential to your marriage's survival.

Not in a good bit for me at least. It's all up to you. Ultimately, you have the control.
