when you say you want to keep it n/a do you mean you dont want it turbo'd or you dont want any form of forced induction?

nitrous, its the cheapest quickest way to get power. a 50shot to start you off should be good along with all the BPU's like intake and exhaust

here is the route that i would recomend

first of all do your spark plugs and ignition.
    then exhaust,
then fuel upgrade and some good filters or intake setup
    ecu upgrade
    nitrous mabye?
    camshafts & headwork
cooling + u might want to sort out the oil system, maybe a cooler?
then the internals (or not depending on how powerfull u want to make it)-stock supra internals are strong.
after that u might want 2 get a better clutch + flywheel combonation.

    hope this helps!

before you worry about the ignition you should get the intake and exhaust mods out of the way, you'll gain very little from ignition mods right off the bat. just make sure your plugs and wirtes are in decent condition and dont even worry about anything more than that

well... this is just me but i would do the suspension and brake upgrades first off, i know that wont get you much more power, but it makes it safer, and probably more fun to drive around in.

If you want to go hardcore
For the engine, get the head decked, port/polish the head, get better vavles, get a better cam(s), get better pistons and connectingrods and maybe a crank, get everything balanced.
Cooling, larger radiator, and get an oilcooler setup.
Suspension, get an upgrade , perhaps lower the car a little
tires, get some DOT slicks, or high performance tires

I find this chart pretty helpful
