Wa'hell, I got the color and manufacturer right. Now if someone could just tell me where I can find pic.'s of Jack Roush's `93 Mustang Cobra proposal(i think i've asked this before?).

It was built on the basis of the 911 Carrera 4, its bodywork was built with fibreglass and carbon fibre. I have no idea where the car is right now.
The wheel arches were so wide, because the designer wanted the car to be able to be fitted with all-terrain wheels, replacing 959 as an off-road rallye car for Porsche. There wasn't any roof, only a canvas top (with pink zipper ).
    Now that is ugly.

Still, nice to see an old concept car of Porsche's.

I'm afraid I don't know too much about American cars. Is it this one?

It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Aren't Porsche toying with the idea of a 4 door 911 or 928 as I think they are going to call it?

It's called the Panamera. Altough it's not the first attempt at a 4 door Porsche by the factory.

It's the Porsche 989, a front engined rear wheel drive 4 door saloon projected in the mid eighties with V8 engine developping about 300bhp. It almost made Porsche go bankrupt and it was canned.

Yeesh, they really didn't change much when they did the Panamera.. they just dredged up that one and updated it. Then again if they did start with the 989, going by Porsche's usual design evolutions the 'current 989' would look the same as the Panamera anyway.
