as i understand it the finished product shouldn't give away what power it will be making, it will just look like a clean restored HR.

    on the flip side..

sometimes its not about what power it will be making, nor will that HR look (or sound) restored .. or even an remotely authentic 'hottie'

the charismatic old red six holdens went good back in the day (eg see pic) and with added mods they can really fly

meh, maybe I'm feeling crusty today but fuggit when I see crass like that I think ..

thats about as cool as a chinese bloody victa, or US owned timtams, or how about an iced vovo with whalemeat filling ?

I mean, if you're so into horsepower over style then stick it where it belongs, like a 410 bluebird fer chrissake

whats next I fear to ask ..

'restored' T Buckets getting 'improved' or 'enhanced' by hooking in the you-beaut fwd turbo 4cyl ? 2jxyzeds with NOZZ into jag e-types ?

close.. they've been put into 2000gt's
owners apparently can't replace or fix OEM engine anymore thanks to a lack of parts.

anyway this bout of recent rainstorms have left some..soggy.. conditions, a bit of a boon for the 4x4 guys.

That 4-Runner is the best thing I have seen all week.

$10 says the owner bogged it.

*May not actually be real money.

maybe it actually isn't a car, but a replica crafted out of piled up mud.

I remeber when I was little I used to go up and down on rural tracks after it had rained with my mountain bike and get mud up to my eyebrows. It was so fun.

Now that I've grown up I need more speed. And off-roader shall be my new mountain bike.

You won't get mud up to your eyebrows with that.. you need a trail bike.

I've gotten muddy sunglasses (among other things) when taking my jeep out with the top off. Nothing quite like seeing someone pull up to a mudpit and putting on goggles to get your attention, too.

Some days I love the internet.

These photos have been shamelessly nicked from The Big Picture - Boston.com. Highly recommended.

    Also, Pic 1/5. Coincidence?
