    Thats ironic...
Bently, RR, BMW (7 series), some Mercedes, Maybach, just to name a few off the top of my head...
And generally our high power performance cars get significantly better MPG than europeans.
And its not like european companies dont make SUVs...

Maybe this thread can be used to clear up many of those stereotypes.

Oh, we can do planet-polluters as good as the Americans
That's why the poll is pointless

I love american muscle cars. I love the 1967 shelby cobra too, but that was a european body design by A/C, I think in the 30's and 40's a lot of what the european designs and features showed up on american cars of that era. I still say ultimatley i prefer older american cars. Thats a tuff one though.

This thread is kinda vague, but as I thought about it, I got to thinking about all the "new" cars I would like to own. European cars outnumber the American cars on my "to get" list.

I say new cars cuz if I start to consider older and even classic cars from the US and Europe, I'll never even finish the damn list

I guess marte should get it to since he defended a false comment?
I would have done the same if it were any other cars...

It just gets a bit tedious whenever someone makes a comment aboutt Americans in goood humour and any American contingent immediately step up with:

"How dare you, you don't know anything, fart fart fart, quack quack quack, etc"

Not so much here, but many other places on the internet. Quite pathetic really that some people just can't take a joke, and then everyone gets all arsey with each other, and then the arguments ensue.

America: Lighten up, it is ok to poke fun, and be poked at sometimes!
    Thanks for all the fish

Oh please, personally I couldnt tell he was joking (over exhadurating, yes, joking no). And Im sure alot of people (especially Americans being that we are not familiar with this "tounge in cheek" humor) understand that its a joke. Im sure if someone went to the euro section and said british cars are heavy and cant handle the kid would probably get banned.

It isn't my fault you can't tell a joke from a tin of tuna. Maybe you should learn to.
    Thanks for all the fish
