    Favorite 30's car

What is your favorite 1930's era car? Provide a reason and some statistics on the car, a picture also.

Mine has got to be one of the mythical Duesenberg SJ roadsters, this one inparticular.

The stunning Mercedes-Benz SSK Count Trossi from 1930.
7.1 Liter 6 cylinder engine good for 300HP!!!! For 1930 that was quite impressive. Top Speed was 125mph. Again...quite impressive.

And the building which the car was designed to compliment.

The Auburn Boat-tail takes a close second. (Man, those things have presence!)

There are so many '30s classics to choose from, but I heartily agree with Henk. There are no ugly Alfa 8Cs.
