    Dr Who

So what do you think of the new Doctor ?

I think it's looking to be good.

he's a good actor - which hasn't always been the case - and the right mix of smart, zany and a little bit 'dark'

I was moderately surprised by Billie Piper, could be one of the better-acting companions.

Storyline was pure Dr Who - so full of holes you coudl drive a truck, but STILL good

Can't wait for the Daleks - got my slot behind the settee reserved !!!

My only one upset was the Tardis - they should have used the old set with the pathetic up-down tube of perspex and a bulb !! The movie has a lot to answer for
    and at least we've got the old sound track back, ooo-weee-ooooh, dum-di-dum, di-dum-di-dum dum-di-dum di-d-dum-di-dum woo-eeee-oooooo

    I'm lost...
There's a new Dr Who? A movie or TV series?
    Who plays the Doctor?
It is better to keep quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

I wish we had the Doctor over here...

I watched the old Tom Baker episodes back in the 80s and they were great.

There IS a link provided earlier that gives you ALL the information historical and current on "the doctor".

    If you're a BitTorrent user then it's at http://www.btefnet.net/gettorrent/do..._pdtv_xvid-fov.[BT].torrent

    You lucky, lucky Bastard.

As that guy from the Life of Brian would say...

A British entertainer, most popular during the mid 1990s
He had a hit radio show, and was popular on several TV shows.

Then he got really rich from his production company, and got drunk. For several years.

He married Billie Piper, and she got drunk as well. They are separated/ divorced now (? -I really don't care that much)

Judging from the last time I saw him on Comic relief, I think he may have been sober.

I think a quote from some guy gives you some sort of idea - it was along the lines of (ex-alcoholic) "I never used to drink, then I met Chris Evans"
    Thanks for all the fish
