GeigerCars Chevrolet C6

(Press Release) The new Corvette C6 has arrived in the dealers' showrooms and geigercars.de now offers a sporty tuning program for the American sportscar. While the bodywork remained untouched for the first stage, geigercars already offers options for engine, suspension, brakes, tires and interior.

While a capacity increase of the Corvette's V8 engine to about seven litres of displacement is already in the stage of development, the geigercars.de experts found extra horsepowers on the periphery of the engine. To achieve a power increase from standard 400 hp / 294 kW to 445 hp / 328 kW they developed a free-flow intake air guiding with sport air filter, a high performance exhaust system inluding special manifolds, steel bed catalysts and four large chrome exhaust tips, a lightweight flywheel and a special mapping for the ECU. The performance kit is available starting from 8,040 Euros.
The engine tuning makes the Corvette C6 even more agile and doesn't only convince with quicker revving up but also with higher road performances: The sprint time from 0 - 100 km/h is reduced to 4.0 seconds, maximum speed is increased to 307 km/h.

To be able to always safely control these road performances, geigercars.de offers two different high performance brake systems for the Corvette C6. The front axle system, which is offered for a retail price of 4,175 Euros, consists of vented and cross-drilled 355 x 32 mm brake discs and four-pot aluminium fixed calipers. For another 3,595 Euros the geigercars.de sport brake system can be extended with 345 x 32 mm discs and four-pot aluminium fixed calipers on the rear axle.

geigercars.de also offers different options for the suspension tuning of the new Corvette. The range reaches from a lowering kit that lowers the coupe by about 30 millimeters over a geigercars.de sport suspension with stiffer set-up gas pressure shock absorbers up to sport sway bars on front and rear axle.

By "totally different car" you mean "marginally different bodykit"?
