No, they provide less traction that way, especially in wet conditions. It's a real good way to wreck a car.

The tread pattern is parallel so I don't think they're on the wrong way... In fact I don't think they are unidirectional at all.
Of course I don't know much about tires

Audi are in trouble on this one- Infiniti are saying that they coined the 'Q' prefixes first. Lawsuits could follow...
