just saw a black CLS500 today and it looks amazing in person, i really like it

Acura's is starting to do more than FF drivetrains, look at the TL and RL for examples. Anyway, the CLS55 AMG did beat the E60 M5, I saw it on some magazine, it says that the M5 isn't any better in performance and comfort, and yes, the looks was my(and the magazine's) opinion. "The CLS55 AMG is the King of Sports Sedans."

I also saw the RS6+ beat an E55 on the track and the new M5 was one second faster then the RS6 so... Maybe the E55 is faster in a straight but sure not on the track. It's a merc so they are usually a bit softer (exept for the hp) compared to audi and bmw.

Which magazine was that? Which track did they run the two cars on? What times did they get?
Did they modify anything on the CLS like the suspension which sure is less stiff the the M5's suspension...

I somehow think the CLS 55 would be left for dead on a track by the focussed BMW M5.
