Renault Fuego
Renault Fuego
I'm going to eat breakfast. And then I'm going to change the world.
Good choice- I like them to and they are steadily becoming more collectable

We nearly had one. Instead we had a Renault 11...
Lack of charisma can be fatal.
Visca Catalunya!
In France the Fuego is considered as a gay car...
Those were actually sold in America too....they looked pretty cool at the time.
My Dad always wanted one of these, he had a banana yellow Renault 5 instead... Then a Talbot Solara 1.4

1984 Renault Fuego Turbo 1.6L
Renault Fuego #4
The Fuego was sold in North America though AMC, which was owned by Renault at the time. And of course, the car was made fun of due to it's name: Fuego is Spanish for Fire, and some indeed caught fire due to electrical faults in early cars.
Also, sports versions had a chassis with minimal suspension changes that couldn't cope with the turbocharged engines they had.
That being said, just be glad that AMC didn't actually build the Fuego--it would've been much, much worse.
Power to me is having the ability to make a change in a positive way. Don't dream it, be it.
FUEGO!
Life's too short to drive bad cars.
Do any of you have any more pictures of Fuegos?
It'd be greatly appreciated.
"Kimi, can you improve on your [race] finish?"
"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"
