This is basically a test mule program for Ferrari. Only they're getting paid to develop new racing and road car technology by 20 people who want to help them do it. It will never see the streets; only the track and a trailer. It doesn't matter what it looks like. 800hp N/A is very impressive though.

Ferrari is being very selective as to who gets this car. They won't let this turn into another price gouging like the Enzo did, where people get the car and turn it around and sell it for $1m+.
