The most reliable car

What is the most reliable, durable car made in the past 5 years?
Does anybody know of a chart, info or something that shows which brand of cars has been in repairs the most? I heard on the news maybe 2 years ago that Land Rover was the worst when it came to maintenance.

Toyota Corona, our ones gone 210,000km's with no regular servicing, no engine rebuilds or anything like that. Not a single break down ever. I've seen some with 400,000+ km's.

But those Volvos are pretty reliable aswell.

Where can you buy that Toyota? I never even heard of that model until now. Is it the Corolla on the US market?

I'd probably say an older Toyota Landcruiser. We have a 1988 that is almost literally bulletproof.

Don't think they were sold in the U.S, but they were sold in the U.K and Europe as the Toyota Carina.

Well, my '85 BMW 323i is pushing 350000kms with no problems beyond gearbox linkages, and it hasn't had too easy a life.

I don't think anything from Italy can be deemed reliable?
Unless a small fire under the dash from an electrical fault is a sign of 'reliablilty'.
