Grand AM

I watched some of the Rolex 24hrs on SPEED and was thinking about going to a Grand-Am race this season. Has anybody been to any of the Grand-Am Sportscar races? The Grand-Am series doesnt look to exciting on TV but i'm sure its better in person. What do you people think?
