Front wheel looks a little funky. You need the massive spoilers and the dirt tires.

the far side of the arch, the left vent...
front wheel is ...sticking out a bit too much imo

and finally, design-related, back wide panel...
i say make it a straight line or a curved
line instead of 3 bumps

thats all, its very clean, looks like its
ready for rally

3 humps because-

First hump corollates to the side vent
Second hump follows the line of the general arch
Third hump is where the exhaust pipe surfaces. I should've explained it, I have it in some prelim sketches i made. Placing the exhaust pipes up higher like that allow it fjord low depths of water.
