Yes there was/is a film called aristocrats and it is about that joke. My friends all saw it and said it was hilarious and really really offensive and that I should see because I wanted to be a comedian and all. All the movie is is comedians telling that joke over and over in different but equally graphic and disgusting ways.
That clip was pretty funny.

The movie, in all honesty, wasn't all that great. It definitely had its moments, but unless you find something funny just because it's offensive, it's not really worth seeing.
