This was quite a nice little car, has anyone got specs?
From what I can recall it had 1.5 liter tercel's engine (in US) 96 hp. Maybe I can research it later.Originally Posted by IWantAnAudiRS6

You post the most random little cars that I'd completely forgotten about. I love it!
I'm going to eat breakfast. And then I'm going to change the world.
Thanks. These are cars that help car makers survive.Originally Posted by Matt

Does anyone remember that old commercial for this car? It went something like this:
[Visual of a woman driving Toyota Paseo along a desert highway, female voiceover begins]: So you're driving along in your new Paseo, when you see your old boyfriend by the side of the road. [Woman in Paseo begins to approach a guy standing by the side of the desert highway with a broken-down car] And you start to think how maybe you should help him, but them you remember how he was always complaining about needing more 'space'... So you give it to him. [Woman in Paseo accelerates and drives away. Guy is left standing by the side of the road watching her drive off]
It was a classic.
Strangely enough, I do remember it. They used to play it in the NYC market all the time.Originally Posted by Timothy (in VA)

Though Ido believe the 92-96 version was their best.

The convertible was not that much fun - overpriced, underpowered and small backseat, 2+2 really. I think only 2000 or so of them were sold in US.Originally Posted by ExoticCarSite
