    Fiat 125

    Fiat 125

As a bigger brother to the 124, the car was presented in 1967. The interior was a bit roomier but the main difference was the use of the 1600 TC engine from the 124 Spider, which produced 90 BHP.

Later on the 125S appeared, with the same engine now giving 100 BHP. It was outwardly easily recognisable as the chrome strip along the body side was now placed two inches below the door handles.

Almost 604,000 cars were produced until 1972. Many have been eaten by rust, and the remaining examples are hardly to gain any classic status as the image of the car has been severely tainted not only by the Lada but also by the Polski Fiat products.

Here is a normal 125, presented at Interclassics in Maastricht in 2005

That is exactly the problem of this car.

my freind has the special editon of this car. i don't know whats so special about it, but it might be one of the 84 modified by FIAT new zealand with bigger valves and different camshafts or something.
