Help cleaning up a picture.
well Im off for the holiday season back in the big apple. I went out and about for a few sightseing trips around the city and spotted this beauty at the local dealership. I was wonderin if anyone could raise the contrast and maybe even burn a little bit around the car or even get a bit crazy with the picture.
on a side not: Im on my stepmothers Mac 9x anyone have a copy of CS1 or P7 they can link me or help me out with? Im really stuck here and would love some help.

i just made one layer all black and white, airbrushed a light blue over it on a new layer(then set it to overlay), then on the background changed the color to give it a sepia tone/feel.

I just went into brighten and contrast, then played with the RGB curves a little to make it look better.
It didnt actually do much, just basically altered the somewhat unsaturated photo (in places).
