the webmaster (=wouter) has specified this cannot be done.The reason is that the forums would use up a lot more bandwidth and pages would take much longer to load.

the real reson probably is that he has to pay for the extra bandwidth.

Links and images in sigs greatly disturb the look and feel of the forums. For this exact same reason we don't allow inline images wider than 800 pixels. Another great feature of this forum is the search function; this topic has been adressed many times before.
