I left if out because it was under popular decision that it was edited after the picture was taken, which discounts it from the competition.

If you wanted to have him participate, you should've made the polls on time .

popular decision isnt final . routine proceedure has it that any questioning happens once the voting has finished and if the decision is made, victories can be handed down to the person with the next highest votes. If anyone could just post a voting thread and leave out their rivals due to 'popular decision' that the photo isnt 100% original then the whole system would fall apart. At the end of the day I run this and if there is any speculation over someones entry then actions will be taken. Voting was meant to begin on monday anyway along with comps #34 and 59 so it wasnt due for another 12 hours atleast. In future if your going to post the threads then atleast notify me before hand?

The thread was posted on the 22nd, which was my Sunday, and Friday was NOT another weekend after that.
If you are going to go via some different rules by yourself, please edit them so that it's known to the general public as well.

Also, as you say I don't run the competition and I was under the impression that if a certain amount of people agreed that a photo was edited that it would then be left out of the competition. My apologies for leaving him out then. I'll leave you to run this very dis-organized competition, I won't participate next week anyway.

People were still posting entries right up until friday evening that is why i decided to leave it until monday as i have done in the past. Otherwise there wouldve been 5+ entries disqualified which isnt what i want to do. The competition has lost formation slightly since i went away a fortnight ago but following the next competition everything should be back to normal.
