New FPV website

http://www.fpv.com.au/index.aspx

Just thought I'd mention that they changed it. Its looking beautiful, especially compared with HSV's site which needs desparate repair. And since when did FPR get thier own domain??

It looks good, but I wish they'd cut back on the nonsense marketing...

"The Boss 290 combines the best of both worlds, with race-bred power and everyday comfort."

That doesn't even make sense.......

The low res images in the flash header really put it down, other than that, it looks great.

Yeah, I guess so, but the "comfort" isn't exactly engine-related...(the original quote was from the Engine section)

That is a bit weird.

The only thing i can think of comfort related with an engine is a fat torque curve. That way youre not always working your way through the gears to have fun

Isn't almost everyone who wants or owns a XR8 want more teeth braking feel like the T-Series 5.6 had?.

Website looks good, I don't know if it's better then HSV's but it's better then before, I like the This is performance inc

FTE's were still that little bit softer and more liveable than VX HSV's though. They were just harsh, and not really on purpose either

Brother mate just sold his VXII HSV, Done the original engine in 50,000km and then spent $20,000 on the next it went like a V8 SC. The kid was the worlds worst thrasher he owned the HSV from new @ 18. Thats why when he thought he seen cops he tossed the keys out the door and jumped in the passenger seat it's a real DH

Hmm... Doesn't really apply to me cause I live in the states but it's cool anyway. What's keeping Ford from bringing these cars over? They look much better than the boring cars here. Looks like they could actually profit if they sold them here.

The fact that they have the steering wheel on the other side might be a bit of a problem...

They probably couldnt profit though as they'd need to drop the price about $US10K in order for them to be affordable where you are

For the next falcon ford should make a USA version that they could build in the states...source half the parts from there (or maybe asia...which seems to be all the rage lately )...they could cheapen it up and use ford USA's new V6...then it would sell....and make profit

Criticise my idea and you die

Isnt the e8 *cough* orion LWB architecture supposed to replace the Crown vic's?? I keep hearing it everywhere...and ford has said that they will refresh the crown vic in 2008...in accordance to orion's lauch
