Price comparisons

Great to see a car comparison forum. If I ever set up forums on my own site, they'll focus on comparisons.

What I provide right now are price comparisons much more thorough than you'll find elsewhere. And just started to collect test drive comparison data from people.

Prices: http://www.truedelta.com/prices.php

Ratings: http://www.truedelta.com/ratings.php

Feel free to use the results of price comparisons in discussions here.

I can't be arsed clicking on your link because I know www.parkers.co.uk is far FAR superior.

Apples and oranges

Well, aside from the fact that my site has only U.S. prices and theirs has only U.K. prices, we offer completely different services. My site is geared towards comparisons.

For what it's worth, their site appears to have comprehensive pricing information, but when you configure a car it'll let you select things that cannot be ordered together, like every available audio system. My site automatically de-selects the lesser of two features that cannot be ordered together, among other things. This isn't too complicated with individual options, but can get nasty with packages. Which you don't select at all with my system--program does that based on the features you check off.

Its not great. Parker's prices are averages. Your site will never beat the book for sheer handyness when buying a car. I'm sure America already has a Parker's equivalent if Britain has one too.
